The details of this website may change at any time, including prices, information
and terms & conditions. If these changes affect your order in any way, you
have the right to cancel.
Product
pictures and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may not be exact. Dimension given are approximate and bead descriptions such as gold and silver indicate the colour and not the material the beads are made of. My jewellery is made from a variety of different components, all of which have
been bought in the EU and so should therefore meet EU rules on nickel amounts
in costume jewellery, which are minimal. Most people have no reaction to
jewellery containing small amounts of nickel.
Prices do
not include postage & packing. This is charged at a flat rate of £1.50. We only deliver to UK
addresses.
Payment
is accepted by credit or debit card via Paypal. Refunds will also
be processed through Paypal onto the same card.
Louise
Price Designs is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.
DELIVERY
& RETURNS
Delivery
We aim to
despatch orders within 2 days of orders being placed. Items are sent by first
class post, within the UK, which usually takes 1 or 2 working days.
Orders
paid for by cheque/postal order will be posted after payment has cleared.
Made to
order items will be despatched, after payment of completed items, by first
class post, within the UK, or if requested by recorded/special delivery at an
additional cost.
Most
jewellery items are made singularly, although they may be made again. The
website should show an item available to buy or out of stock.
Returns
If
returning items due to goods being incorrect, faulty or damaged, you will
receive a full refund including return postage costs. In all other cases, items
will be refunded excluding your return postage costs.
All
refunds will be credited back via Paypal to the card you originally used to
purchase the item.
Refunds
can only be processed within 30 days of ordering.
Earrings
can be returned. Any earrings that are returned will have the posts/hooks
replaced by new ones, and the old ones destroyed.
